Phase I Feasibility – October 15, 2009
This is the plan that was developed for the land currently being called Village Center.
While some of the assumptions that were included in this plan are no longer possible, it is still the master plan that set the Village Center project in motion.
This document is 87 pages, but it contains a lot of information that has not been shared with the residents in the past several months regarding what sources will remain within the TIRZ until the development costs have been paid off. It is possible that many residents assume that this project would begin providing income to the city very soon and provide property tax relief to the residents.
