City Council has added the requirements for adding a hike and bike trail on the E127 channel where it goes underneath 290 to the area they are calling Village Center. The contract with Aguirre & Fields for the engineering study will be voted on during the September 20, 2021 meeting. The scope of the project can be seen by clicking on the link below.
